New Generation NG-X machines from Schneeberger
Schneeberger has been producing grinding machines since 1923 but their latest, redesigned range of NG-X (new generation) machines represents a big change in the machines design, meaning the machine footprints are considerable smaller but the X, Y and Z axes travel are greater allowing increased capacity in the machines. Schneeberger’s bespoke QG1 software encompasses a full CAD/CAM grinding package (WYSIWYG) including on-screen simulations and incorporates collision prevention/avoidance plus now allows import of .DXF files.

Visits to Schneeberger’s new demonstration facility in Switzerland are encouraged. Machines there can be set up to demonstrate specific tasks replicating customer’s needs.
